All appointments are first come, first serve w/ a non-refundable deposit. (Deposit will be deducted from total cost.) 2. Hair must be shampooed, dried, detangled, and free of all products. (An additional fee will be added if not detangled.) 3. A 10-minute grace period is strictly enforced. After 11 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited - unless otherwise communicated. 4. If you/your children do not like to sit for long periods of time, please refrain from booking time-consuming appointments. 5. Be sure to book accordingly - as I do not like to and will not rush! Thank you for your cooperation!🤗 PLEASE NOTE 📝 📆Books will open @ 11am on the 15th of each month. 😉 (If you select a style and do not see any dates available, try re-selecting a different style with a shorter duration. Cancellation Policy
There is a 25% inconvenience fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
All no-shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Future booking will be prohibited for 2 or more last minute cancellations or no-shows.
